This paper contains 38 examples of good practice, collected following the call to the County Centers for Resources and Educational Assistance (CJRAE) / Bucharest Center for Resources and Educational Assistance (CMBRAE), launched by the Institute of Educational Sciences in Bucharest, in September 2019 for the realization of the national conference Euroguidance Romania 2019 and as a result of the call to CJRAE / CMBRAE, launched by the National Center for Policies and Evaluation in Education, Education Research Unit (CNPEE-UCE) in Bucharest, in May 2020 for contributions on the theme of developing social and emotional skills.

The paper contains 26 reflection journals, 6 programs and 6 activities for the development of social and emotional competencies of students in primary, secondary, high school and vocational education. Reflection journals include presentations of programs and activities to develop students' social and emotional skills, as well as training courses for teachers and school counselors.
