The diary of a bookseller was, at the beginning, a hashtag that I used at the end of each story related to what happens to me at work and that I put on Facebook, along with #librardemall, not so much out of the desire to show how funny it is. life of the bookseller, but more hoping that the general public, book consumers and not only, will see the profession of bookseller closer to what it really is, and less a "ah, how beautiful, sit all ziva and read and you also get a salary ", as I have heard, in three years, dozens of times. Maybe even hundreds.

I don't know, I didn't count, that the sky in my head darkened every time I heard that. No, you are not even allowed to read at work, in most places. And even if it were, the salary is not to be envied at all.

Four years after the life of my bookseller's diary, this second edition appears - in another edition, with a new cover and texts that I omitted in the first edition. In addition, with texts requested and received from you, other readers who get their favorite drug from bookstores - I told myself, quite obviously, that if on one side of the counter things were seen in a certain way, why wouldn't it have been so ridiculous, funny and aberrant on the other side?

There are some reasons behind the decision to give birth to this new, albeit old, book. It's true, I considered my approach educational and with funny potential in some places, and the palm of awakening to another reality was the reaction of a reader I didn't know and whose impression I accidentally gave:
"The author considers herself superior to the people she considers lowly."

I have not contradicted the different opinions in any way for some time. Not even the accusers, in fact, even if this apparently takes me back to my childhood and adolescence in which I did not have a voice. Let's just say that as I get older, I know quite precisely where every evil of mine comes from, every apparent evil (and I assure you, reader, my humor is so sinful, it's not all a marvelous plot to prove how the others are stupid), every comment from every reader who sees me as racist or downright inappropriate for writing books - for which, we all know, it takes an impeccable life, an angelic behavior and a language from which let the milk flow over the honey of the rose petals and the wings of the cherubim, which protect the sweetest words that the Dacian gods have transmitted to us to this day.

Or, I have no reply for such comments, it is no longer my duty - at least if it ever was! - to educate people about what is and what is not literature, about the differences between fiction and reality and so on. You see a series of frustrations of a lady (I was about 25 years old when I left the bookstore, so you see that you, a certain reader, should not find someone else of the same age excuse: an exploited child! ”) who doesn't deserve anything good in life because he only tells you the evil (and the funny, let me remind you) of everything? Good. I'm not trying to convince you of anything. Not all books are for everyone, not all books are for everyone.
