The material presented is imposed as a useful tool for legal practitioners and specialists in human resources by combining theoretical and practical aspects , regarding labor law , topical area.

The work is developed considering the Labor Code - Law no. 53/2003 , republished , subsequently amended and complementary and related legal acts in force on 21 November 2013.
