Study of fundamental freedoms have joined the study institutions, organs and bodies, the European Union policy that every student is supposed to travel from the perspective of Romania as an EU member state.

Education: Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (1989); doctor of law, specialization in international trade law, Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest (2001).

Activity: prosecutor at the SAI Prosecutor's Office; Legal Adviser, COMATEL Foreign Trade Department; currently, associate professor at the Law Department of the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest - head of department and at the National Institute of Economic Development Bucharest CNAM Paris; lawyer within the Bucharest Bar.
