The paper analyzes the offenses included in Title IV ("Crimes against the administration of justice"), Title V ("Corruption and service offenses") and Title VI ("False offenses") of the Special Part of the Criminal Code and contains explanations on its texts and which are accompanied by references to other opinions expressed in the literature, by numerous relevant solutions pronounced by the courts in the matter and last but not least by the aspects that have generated doctrinal controversies.

The paper also presents the arguments, identified by the Romanian legislator, doctrine and practice, regarding the need to sanction those who conflict with the criminal law.

This paper was designed in order to provide support for mastering the special criminal rules contained in the Criminal Code and for forming the skills necessary to apply criminal law to specific situations by identifying in fact the elements and requirements provided in the rules of incrimination.

Consequently, the paper presented in a clear, concise and logical language, is a useful tool with priority for students from law schools, full-time courses and part-time (who are preparing for the bachelor's exam or admission competitions), master students but also practitioners at the beginning of their career or with experience (who face difficult situations in practice).
