Bilingualism, is one of the most important consequences of the communication between different language communities. Almost everyone knows a few words from another language, or at least try to learn. Looking forward to the world it will be seen that decreasing the number of one-lingual.
However, there are two problems caused by bilingualism. Political, social, economic, cultural, education and so on. reasons in some countries and societies, two lingual, in both languages ​​have the same knowledge and skills are of no. This is one of the languages ​​of communication preventing the establishment of a full and robust.
Also has no duty to communicate in a language only. Language, society, culture, values, and also carries the new generations passes. So the two dillilikte not only to communicate, to know the language, cultural values ​​are stored, is also important to reach them through language. In this regard, both two-tongue, the language is extremely important to determine the degree of knowledge and skills. These were detected in the degree of knowledge and skills, as well as the ability to communicate through language has a particular importance to achieving cultural values.
Bilingualism, the various communities, or individual level, may occur under various conditions. Have a majority within a community, a minority community or of individuals who live inside them is inherent in bilingual. In a minority of Turks living in Romania, now living in all aspects of the phenomenon of bilingualism.
Turks of Romania in this thesis investigated the case of bilingualism. The issue of bilingualism have not yet been investigated both Turks of Romania, Romania and the Turks and ourselves, we are bilingual, have been effective when selecting this topic.
The purpose of our thesis, the Turks of Romania within the framework of the concept of bilingualism in Turkish and Romencedeki knowledge and skills to determine the status of education in Turkish and Romanian, the main language of the lack of ability in any case of detection of some proposals to address this shortcoming bulunabilmektir.
Thesis, input and consists of three main parts. In the introduction the subject of research, the scope, the Limits, rationale and methods used in research are described.
The first part is an overview of theories and concepts related to the two dillilikle. For this reason, the subject of this chapter, "login" feature is.
The concept of bilingualism, the first sub-section of this chapter, however, some researchers about the issues and ideas and thoughts on these subjects are included. All of the researchers who work on bilingualism, the concept of being stressed izafiliğini and versatile. Bilingualism on the basis of issues and models, Turks in Romania, who followed in this thesis, the issues referred to the degree seen and observed in Romania aims to reveal Turks attempting bilingual communities in Romania, in general, tried to introduce the second part. Turks in Romania is divided into separate sub-headings in this chapter. In this section, as well as take advantage of the current work and publications on the subject felt the need to share my own experience in the information given.
The third part of the thesis, is divided into the original investigation. Our research is based on survey work. However, the first sub-section describes the methods and techniques. Education, mainly as a concept given in this section, the Turkish community of educators and educational fields in Romania, to what extent there is a bilingual, whether or not the effect of this formation, and two multicultural education was related to due diligence.
In the conclusion, through a survey in relation to bilingualism Turks laid down in the case of Romania, were evaluated in several ways, if any, suggestions were made for the elimination of shortcomings and problems resolved.
The basic researchers who work directly on the subject of bilingualism two dillilikle names and related terms, the index case at the end of the text of the thesis is given. In addition, Romania, Turks in Romania and in particular on bilingual communities, some maps, tables and photos have been added in the thesis.
