The present paper confirm the idea of Descartes wants "to travel is to converse with people in other centuries," adding that the trips go in touch with people present and at the same time, those who build their future and of mankind.
Since 1 January 2007, "with papers in order", European citizens, that is why it is necessary, more than ever before, tell us the various aspects of the whole Europe.
All who have posted diaries, memoirs and works on trips made in the country or abroad, they did mention that it is very important that every trip to be well prepared, given its many aspects, including knowledge about the specific objectives of different places that are going to go.
In this paper we will stop at some general information on each European country: geographic location, data stored in history, information about their capitals and major tourist locations, and some of the most important cultural and historical interest to be seen during their visit, and we describe some possible and interesting routes and we will specify some specific rules to be observed during the journey.
It is therefore necessary:
- To establish routes and objectives that we want to know,
- To prepare the vehicle, if we go so
- Analyze the budget we have in the action that we want to take.
Once we have established routes and objectives we have documented that we have imposed to visit, we prepare the vehicle concerned for a long way and make sure, as required by law, necessary documents are traveling abroad: international driving permit (issued by the ACR), mandatory insurance (CDW for the EU and countries outside the EU for a green card for car and health insurance to every person who is to travel), road maps and information on Embassies of Romania and members of the International Federation for Automobile abroad who, having relationships with ACR, we can help in special situations.
I personally put into practice these recommendations and largely as a result we managed in last 15 years to visit all European countries less to admire beauty of the Island and 580 locations, plus nearly 200 in Romania.
